“If climbing a mountain to catch a glimpse of the glory of God can help us better understand the glory of our Creator, and the glory for which we were made, then the same experience can move us to love those around us with the same unmerited love. Wonder begets gratitude, and gratitude is the gateway to selfless love: ‘Without cost you have received; without cost you are to give.'”
